Empowering youth and families with the skills and support to prevent substance use.
Prevention Connection, a program of Catholic Charities of Herkimer County, is a substance use prevention initiative funded by an OASAS grant. Serving youth and parents across seven counties, we offer evidence-based programs to support healthy decision-making and strengthen families.
