Working together for prevention, treatment, and recovery across Herkimer County.
The Community Partnership Coalition of Herkimer County (CPCHC) brings together a diverse group of members from across Herkimer County to address substance misuse and community wellness. Members include representatives from:
- Prevention, treatment, and recovery services.
- Law enforcement and EMS.
- Schools, mental health providers, and other local agencies.
- Overdose Mapping: Providing critical data on overdose trends in Herkimer County.
- Harm Reduction: Supporting individuals at risk through targeted interventions.
- Prescription Take Back: Promoting safe disposal of unused medications.
- Substance Misuse Trends: Sharing insights on emerging local trends.
- Prevention, Treatment, and Recovery Events: Hosting and promoting events to support community health.
